If you’re seeking assistance with accommodations only, we are happy to provide up to three hotel quotes complimentary. More extensive research beyond that will incur a planning fee.

Yes. Hedy Travel provides access to an exclusive global portfolio of luxury villas, apartments, and private residences. To ensure the highest standards of quality, security, and service, we do not book Airbnb or Vrbo properties. Instead, we work solely with trusted, vetted suppliers.

Yes. Our air experts can arrange both commercial and private flights, monitor your bookings for any schedule changes, and provide support in the event of disruptions. Please note that a per-ticket service fee applies to all air bookings.

We accept credit cards and ACH wire transfers. Planning fees and air ticketing fees are processed through Cadence Travel, our host agency. All remaining payments for travel services are made directly to each service provider. Please note that credit card processing fees may apply.
