Yes, as professional travel consultants, we charge a daily planning fee for each day of travel. After an initial complimentary consultation call, a non-refundable Consulting Fee will be collected to begin designing your itinerary. Daily fees vary among our advisors and will be clearly outlined during your inquiry process.

We take on last-minute requests on a case-by-case basis, depending on our team's availability to deliver the high level of service we promise. For trips departing within 60 days, a 50% supplement will be added to the standard consulting fee.
