In most cases, our services are best suited for clients with a minimum budget of approximately $750 per person, per day for a full itinerary. For most journeys, this translates to a starting trip budget of $25,000 (excluding international airfare). Certain destinations or peak seasons may require a higher minimum.

If you’d like to adjust your itinerary, we’re always happy to revise your proposal and associated pricing transparently.

For us to deliver a truly seamless experience, we require that hotels be part of your itinerary. That said, we understand there are special cases—such as a destination wedding with prearranged accommodations—and are happy to discuss unique circumstances during your consultation.

Yes. Hedy Travel offers access to an exclusive global collection of luxury villas, apartments, and private residences. To ensure quality, security, and service, we do not book Airbnb or Vrbo properties.

Yes. Our air experts can arrange both commercial and private flights, monitor your bookings for schedule changes, and provide support for disruptions. A per-ticket service fee applies for air bookings.
